I first heard of this phrase back in 1989. It was from the American sports fantasy drama movie Field of Dreams. It was a film that had mixed reviews. But for me it had a powerful effect of seeing dreams come to life. The fact that it starred my favourite actor Kevin Costner was a given. It didn't win any major awards but it will always be close to my heart. In 2017, the United States National Film Registry under the Library of Congress selected it for being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant."
